online small group classes
We have done the unthinkable — we are now offering virtual group classes.
But, our way.
In order to honor YOU: your body, your needs, your lifestyle, your experiences, we will provide teensy, tiny group classes - five participants, tops. We bring our expertise, our watchful eye, and a deep well of tools, tips, and tricks to keep each class safe and effective - but with variety - just to keep things interesting. Frequent offline communication with your trainer starts before your first class, and continues as much as necessary to be sure YOU are getting what YOU need, every class.
Below is a start of what we will offer. As classes build, more with be added. In order to keep the quality high, we need to keep the number of participants low. Five, tops.
Classes are $45.
Please pay in advance, thanks!

Pilates Mat with props
This Pilates mat class deepens your workout by using one or more Pilates props at one time throughout the class. We will ask you to keep your form, breath and flow, while adding the coordination of the props to the exercises to make this a more challenging workout - body and mind! Props recommended: magic circle, small ball, foam roller, light weights, theraband - all stuff easy enough to prime to your door.
back care
This class is for anyone feeling stiff and restricted due to our current homebound lifestyle. The focus of this class is on mobility and strength using a hybrid of pilates, isometrics, and breath work. Feel lighter and more limber with a weekly class dedicated to freeing up some space in your body so that you can move with ease. Props needed (with alternatives you can find in your home): mat (or beach towel), yoga strap (belt, towel, or heavy theraband), yoga blocks (thick book or small stool.)
pilates & barre
This workout is designed to tone, trim, and move the body with a fusion of Pilates, Barre and strength work. For greater results we will be targeting multiple muscle groups at once. Pilates will focus on your core strength and stabilizers, and barre will focus on endurance and bigger muscle groups to deliver a dynamic workout. The class will build stamina, strength, and flexibility by keeping a seamless flow of high energy movements. No barre needed, but a countertop or something immovable to hang on to is recommended. Props needed: small ball (or rolled up bath towel), hand weights (or cans of beans), Versa Band, resistance tube/theraband - all stuff easy enough to prime to your door!
Please pay in advance for all classes on our bank deposit page.
You may purchase a bank, or pay as you go - your pick!
