cancellation policy

Typically, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. However, we are feeling pretty flexible these days, so we have a more lenient cancellation policy for questionable health situations.  Basically, if you are scheduled for a home or outdoor visit and you feel sick, or your kids are sick, or someone in the grocery line coughed on you and they looked sick, reschedule for a virtual visit.  If you don’t feel up for the session, then cancel, no penalty, but let's remember that your talented trainer/instructor depends on sessions for their income, so please only ask for a 'sick cancel' if you really need it.

inclement weather policy

Weather happens and often prevents us from getting where we had planned to go.  Our general rule of thumb is, if your trainer was available for your scheduled session, then any missed appointments will be treated as a late cancellation.  Should your trainer not be able to make it, then the cancellation is mutual and there is no penalty.  Should you want a session and your trainer is unavailable, please contact us - another trainer would be happy to see you during one of the newly opened spots.

If you are unsure if impeding weather will prevent you from making it to your appointment, please preemptively cancel your session outside of the 24hr cancellation window.  If you find that the weather wasn't as bad as DC meteorologists had predicted and would still like a session, contact us and we will do our best to get you in same day.

Lost or Stolen Articles

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.  While we have never had a single incidence of theft at the studio, if you are concerned with the safety of your items, please secure your items in the lockers provided on the second floor.

no refunds

We issue no refunds of bank deposits of any amount. We issue no refunds of: services sold, equipment rentals, sales of equipment or merchandise, or of any other good or service sold. Please note: Banks are set to expire after one year (365 days) of continued inactivity.  Banks are transferrable before expiration.

CLIENT INFO SHEET & liability waiver

Save some time: please feel free to review and complete the Client Info sheet ahead of time. You may email it back to us ahead of time, or just bring it with you when you come for your first session. Or, if you don’t have a printer or scanner at home, just ask us to send you the form electronically.
